The Wombat Hagiography Sub-Committee has discovered that the chief
miracle of Saint Stanislaw Kostka was to have refrained from performing any.
He joins a number of distinguished individuals in that regard, some of
whom live next door to us.

The Awards Committee has picked a winner for the M. C. Escher
Continuous Loop honor. Virginia Brown is our unanimous choice. The
Project-Wombat Mixed Chorus will sing her processional, "I'm Back in
the Office Again," to the tune of an old Gene Autry favorite.

The Entertainment Committee is pleased to announce the appearance of
the rock group Disposable Males who will perform their two latest
hits, "It's a Hard Life but not Very Long" and "Purse."

The theme of this year's Story Hour is "Delusional Parasitosis." Grand
prize for the best tale is a loofa, a carton of oatmeal soap and a
liter of Numzit.
