[PW] Apology for the "Out of Office" flood

Sorry for not noticing the flood of "Out of Office" messages that has  
come through recently. I've been busy the last few days, and so I  
haven't been keeping up with list traffic; one of the board members  
sent a message to me and I have stopped up that subscriber's  
subscription so that the messages will no longer be automatically  
approved on the Classic list. (Sadly, this doesn't stop them on the  
Open list -- the hack that lets Classic subscribers automatically  
post to the Open list overrides the "moderate" setting.)

I will think about adding some sort of filter to the list settings to  
automatically kill these messages in the future, but the few filters  
we already have cause enough trouble that I'm hesitant to do so, so  
I'll have to wait until I have enough spare time to figure out a  
"safe" way of doing it.

In the meantime, I hope nobody has too much trouble as a result.
