[PW] Ukrainian surname

I've had a Friday afternoon challenge!
   
  A member of the public has asked if he can get hold of a book which we (the British Red Cross) published about a famous Ukrainian family called 'Ochaklevic'. He doesn't know the title of the book, or how to spell the surname in question, but he's certain we published it and it costs £42.
   
  It sounds highly unlikely we ever produced such a book, but I'd like to be certain, and if possible to point him in the right direction. Leaving aside the question of our internal records about publications over the years (please, don't go there!), I'm a bit stumped because try as I might I can't come up with any way to spell this surname which gets any recognition at all by Google, or by Worldcat.
