Here are two discussion lists for English teachers:

1) The directions for TEACH-ENG-L at NETPALS.LSOFT.COM are these:
Go to http://netpals.lsoft.com/SCRIPTS/WA.EXE?A0=teach-eng-l Click on the 
link: Join or Leave TEACH-ENG-L.  Then just add your name and email address, 
and click on join the list.

2) For the other list, go to 
http://interversity.org/lists/engteach-talk/subscribe.html.
