[PW] publishing history of dictionary

In the event the patron was misremembering, it appears (according to a used
bookseller at Amazon.com) that an American Heritage Dictionary published in
1972 was the American Heritage School Dictionary with the publisher
described as "American Heritage Publishing Co., and Houghton Mifflin."
