[PW] ?Galbraith quote

The Galbraith Score has recently appeared among the blogs in light of  
speculation whether or not Attorney General Gonzales will resign. It  
is based on a supposed quotation of John Kenneth Galbraith: “Anyone  
who says four times that he won’t resign, will” I can't find the  
quote in any of our favorite quotation books, and the earliest I can  
find it online is only as far back as December 2004 in  
crookedtimber.org where the blogger passes on "a fantastic old quote  
from JK Galbraith." It does not show up in jstor, lexis-nexis, or  
GoogleBooks. Can any of you authenticate it?
