[PW] Artist active in 1898

I Googled "artist initials" and came up with www.findartinfo.com, which has a monogram search. There were a few results for HMA: the best bet for date looked like Henry Meynell Rheam but unfortunately at the point my computer started refusing to load any page with a image on it so I couldn't check further.

in art and really have no clue where to start. Any help would be
