[PW] New Yorker cartoon

I just checked in my well-worn copy of "Think Good Thoughts About a 
Pussycat", and indeed the cartoon is there, 6 pages from the end ( the pages 
aren't numbered in my paperback copy). The phrase on the sign is " "Are We 
All Prostitutes?" There is actually just one little old lady (the 
quintessential Booth little old lady) who is at the head of the crowd, 
brandishing her umbrella,  chasing the minister out of the church.
