[PW] New Yorker cartoon

[Reference]

I Googled a bit and came up with a site that said
this cartoon is in "Think Good Thoughts About A
Pussycat". The phrase might be "ARE we all
prostitutes" and the artist does indeed appear to
be George Booth. Hope this helps.
