[PW] Magazine citation for the Writer December, 1978

I can't supply the citation (though I think I could get the article if
I went to the UW library), but I did learn from Contemporary Authors
online that Conger wrote a regular column called "Off the Cuff" for
The Writer during that period, and each article seems to have had a
unique subtitle.
