My patron wants the origin of the phrase "from Planet Zenon" which means
strange, or very different.  She has been using it for over 15 years and
is just curious where it came from.

My first thought is that it came from a cartoon but my cartoon
encyclopedias don't have it.  I also can't find it in our slang or
phrase dictionaries.

Any ideas?
