Dennis, there is indeed a black and white photo of Davis in the Newsday
book, in the "Newsday Photo Gallery" following page 320.  It's not a
portrait, but a rather unsatifsfying profile view of Davis in a picture
with two other guys.  But a picture of Davis, it undoubtedly is.
