[PW] Ghost-Written Famous Quotations

George W. Bush's "axis of evil" was actually a collaborative effort by 
speechwriters David Frum and Michael Gerson 
(http://www.slate.com/id/2076552/).  Frum originally wrote "axis of hatred" 
and Gerson changed "hatred" to "evil".
