The Amnesty Committee's website (
http://www.doj.gov.za/trc/amntrans/index.htm) has a tally of the statuses of
the various applications, though they are not broken down by affiliation. As
of the beginning of 2000, more than 12% were granted amnesty at least in
part. More decisions have been handed down since then. You can see
transcripts for all the hearings and decisions at the site above. This
article <http://www.csvr.org.za/papers/paptahv.htm> has a tally of amnesty
applications by affiliation. 23% were state security forces.
