[PW] ?kid on the moon book

More likely Jerome Beatty, Jr.'s Matthew Looney series of books  
(since Matthew starts with an M and the moon was the place of abode,  
but I first thought of Eleanor Cameron's Mushroom Planet series (even  
though the location was a mushroom planet, not the moon, and the kid  
heroes were Chuck and David).
