Hello,

The book is available online at books.google.com, as is all of the 
other readers in the series.  The preface of the book indicates that 
the book is intended for "advanced pupils", but does not elaborate on 
a particular age or grade level.

Just as an FYI: The first name of the author is Marcius--I tried 
Wilson, Marius first and did not find anything; I then found it by 
the series name.
