[PW] ? on Nikola Tesla

Hello,

I've taken a look at two sources:

Lectures/Nikola Tesla. Ed. Vojin Popovic.  Beograd: Zabvod Za 
udzbenike I nastavna Sredsta, 1999, and Articles/Nikola Tesla.  Ed. 
Vojin Popovic, et. al., Beograd: Zabvod Za udzbenike I nastavna Sredsta, 1999.

Unfortunately, I could not find a lecture or article entitled "The 
Dissipation of Electricity."  The closest I could find was the following:

A speech, entitled "On Electricity", delivered in 1897 (this is the 
the Lectures book)
An article that appeared in the publication "Manufacturer's Record" 
on Sept. 9, 1915 entitled "The Wonder World to be Created by 
Electricity."  This is in the Articles book.

Since the dates seem to be way off here, I don't think either of 
these fits the bill.
