[PW] ? on Nikola Tesla

 I have a copy of "On the Dissipation of the Electrical Eneergy of the
Hertz Resonator".  However, my patron insists the paper he is looking
for is just , "The Dissipation of Electricity".  

You all are probably right and it has not been referenced correctly.  I
thought I would send it out to Stumpers since that area is not our
specialty and we don't harbor any old material.

Could the title instead be
"On the Dissipation of the Electrical Energy of the Hertz Resonator"
(21st December 1892)
