It seems a lot of people have asked about this "quote" from the movie,
so I suspect that the screenwriter, who was also the director, made it
up. You could contact him and ask him directly. He supposedly lives in
Portland, and I found this address and phone number, with the right
birth month and year, at ZabaSearch: 6206 30TH AVE, PORTLAND, OR
