Hi, Sally, and thanks for checking. I think I made a small error in my 
follow-up.

   You provided Article 19, Sec 1036 from the 1910 GA Code, and that is 
indeed correct in describing how Defendants could not then testify under oath (just 
an unsworn statement).

   When I located an additional item, Article 38, Sec 415-416, I assumed it 
was from the same year's Code. But I now understand that it is from the 1933 
version of the GA Code.

   So do your (electronic?) resources allow for that "update"?

   Anyway, much appreciated.
