Allen, the numbers you have aren't in our set of the Georgia criminal
laws from 1911. You might, then, want to contact on of the academic law
libraries in Georgia and see if they'll be willing to provide a copy.

Thanks for this lead. Unfortunately, their fine print says that for
out-of-state residents, any assistance will cost $30. (instate = $15).
So I am still looking for the text of GA Code (1910), Article 38,
Sect
415- 416.
(which details how Defendants cannot then testify under oath).
