  Thanks for this lead. Unfortunately, their fine print says that for 
out-of-state residents, any assistance will cost $30. (instate = $15).

   So I am still looking for the text of GA Code (1910), Article 38, Sect 
415- 416.
(which details how Defendants cannot then testify under oath).
