[PW] Dragon and Princess

I've got a stumper, and I'm hoping somebody on this list may recognize the description. There aren't a whole lot of details, but here is what I have. It is a small paperback picture book no more than 20 or 30 pages, and probably less. In the first couple of pages, lots are drawn and a princess is sent to be the offering for a dragon. That's all I have! Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
