Second try, keep getting rejected due to "filter rule match"! Have
removed our snazzy pictorial signature advertising Treasures in the hope
that that was the problem

Hi all,

I found the house in the 1901 English census - had to go roundabout
using www.1901censusonline.com <http://www.1901censusonline.com/>  to
get the street (Hitchin St) and the Civil Parish (Baldock, same as
town/village name) and then (as I don't have credits with
1901censusonline) trawl in Ancestry Library edition where I found the
extensive family of Frederick G Currell (wife - Anna -, 3 daughters -
Georgina, Lucy and Ethell - and a son - Frederick Jr, plus the visiting
Mr George Mays) living at "The Wilderness" but unfortunately described
as "Gardnener (domestic) and caretaker in charge" Have sent the page
image to Phyllis off-list. Might be worth trying the 1891 census for
the owners family name - let me know off list if you need me to have a
trawl!
