I found this document also. However, what is strange is that when I
click on your second url below (i.e.
http://www.climateactionproject.com/docs/presidential_quotes.pdf ), it
takes me to the wrong page within the document, i.e. page 29 (note that
pages in actual document are unnumbered; however, acrobat number is 29).
This page quotes President Bush.

The actual speech by Carter begins on the very bottom of page 5 and ends
on page 11. "President Jimmy Carter: Televised speech on April 18,
1978"
A footnote on the bottom of this page cites original source as:
"Jimmy Carter, "The President's Proposed Energy Policy." 18 April 1977.
Vital Speeches of the Day , Vol. XXXXIII, No. 14, May 1, 1977, pp.
418-420."

Subject: Re: [PW] Jimmy Carter speech/address

Doing a Google search for Jimmy Carter and "planet together", I found
a .pdf document put together by this site
http://www.climateactionproject.com/. The .pdf document link is
http://www.climateactionproject.com/docs/presidential_quotes.pdf

This .pdf includes the text of a televised speech Carter gave on
April 18, 1977 about the energy crisis, but does not include any of
the phrases you cite below. I thought, perhaps, that the date might
be helpful for your search.

There is a speech by Bill Clinton included in this .pdf that contains
the phrase "we all share this planet together", given in 2004.

Hope this is helpful,

Patty
