 I have a user looking for an article entitled "Inline Blending
Minimizes Tankage, Inventory, Giveaway, Boosts Client Satisfaction and
Bottom Line," from  World Refining, Nov.-Dec., 1999.  

If anyone has access to the article I would appreciate it if they could

No one around here seems to have a copy, and even CISTI, when asked,
will only tell me were it would be in there list if they were to have
it.  It apparently ceased publication in 2005 without ever hitting
CISTI's radar.
