[PW] site in Hertfordshire

Dear Friends -

 

I am trying to find information about a house or cottage or residence in
Baldock, Herts, called The Wilderness.  Specifically, I would like to
know who was living there in 1904.  It may have been a W. Morris Jr., or
he may have been a guest.  We are trying to track the provenance of a
book by its inscriptions.  It always amazes me how books wound up in
North Dakota from many different starting points.

 

I have been getting nowhere looking through websites on Baldock and have
no print resources in the area.
