I do not have access to one of the online biography indexes nor the
large biography index sets. I did though check Contemporary Authors
Cumulative Index, v.1-250, Dogpile.com, Vivisimo.com, Google.com, Google
Scholar, InfoTrac, Google Books (found two hits but nothing but the
quotes), plus the online EBSCO family of databases we receive, and
ProQuest's largest full text database.
The only clue found was at www.brainyquote.com (email
service41 at brainyquote.com) which apparently carried at least two quotes
(one was identified as "maymaloo178082" in the initial screen citation).
There are none carried now.
The thing that caught my attention was their one word vocations
identifier which is attached to the name of each person quoted. Since
they do not now carry the quotes, they may have a record of why they
pulled the quotations. Perhaps it had to do with the difficulty in
finding a biography of her.
