Hello,

I checked a number of poetry and music resources and could not find 
anything with these words other than the finger-play you 
mention.  Worldcat has one listing for a CD-ROM that includes a song 
entitled "Whoops Johnny!":

own the item in Worldcat; we do not so I cannot check.
