Hello,
I checked a number of poetry and music resources and could not find
anything with these words other than the finger-play you
mention. Worldcat has one listing for a CD-ROM that includes a song
entitled "Whoops Johnny!":
Beall, Pamela Conn, Susan Hagen Nipp, et. al. Wee sing for
baby. Compact disc 1 sound disc (ca. 60 min.) : digital ; 4 3/4 in.
+ 1 songbook (63 p. : ill. ; 22 cm.)
Los Angeles : Price Stern Sloan, ; ISBN: 0843179198 (CD pkg.)
9780843179194 (CD pkg.) 084317949X (book) 9780843179491 (book)
Features 65 musical games and lullabies for baby.
The subject headings cite that this includes "finger play", so this
may also be the finger game you cite. There are 136 libraries that
own the item in Worldcat; we do not so I cannot check.
Hope this is helpful,
Patty
