I would love to suggest the Invisible Library (http://www.invisiblelibrary.com/) which was devoted to fictitious works, unfortunately the library, like the books it once didn't hold, now dosn't exist (other than on archive.org).

As a slightly more extant alternative -- The Library of Unwritten Books (http://www.unwritten.org.uk/) -- which collects books people haven't (yet) written.
