[PW] 1990 article?

Can't explain why, maybe some copyright/Tasini reason, but the article doesn't appear in Newsbank either.  It does cover the Atlanta Constitution back to 1985, but got no hits for this article despite searching a variety of ways.

Might need someone from GA to get it from microfilm.

  I was at the Columbia University Library (in NYC) the other day, and using 
the proQuest database for the Atlanta Constitution, I got a "hit" for an 
article by Steve Oney, entitled "The Search for Jim Conley", orig published in the 
AC on Aug 12, 1990.

  But I was not able to access the actual article to read or copy.

  Is this a one-time glitch, or is it possible to obtain this item? It would 
be very helpful...
