"The Tholian Web" is unlikely, since Kirk spends most of his time floating
in space, trapped between dimensions.  If the line is used, Spock is the 
addressee.

I've just listened to the episode and confirmed that the line is not used 
in "The Tholian Web."

I can think of a few other episodes that are possible candidates, but 
don't have a definite answer at the moment.
