Walking around San Francisco today, there were multiple American flags
that weren't flying half staff. Made me wonder if, technically, only
the governmental buildings had the requirement or maybe some building
owners were lazy.
We walked down to the bus last night to head out to dinner and could
see George Shultz' flag flying half staff, with a light on it because
it was after sunset. The lights in his place were dark, though. I'm
assuming he was in Washington for the services.
