I'd have to see the book; but, speaking as a bookseller, I'd say the
value will not be a lot. Old religious journals are fodder for the
recycling bin, in most places; some vendors will have a limited market
for them, especially (in this case) those in markets with
(comparatively) high interest in Lutheran material. The limit would
certainly not be enough to establish any kind of consistent market for
it. 'Unique' and 'rare' do not always map to 'valuable' or 'precious'
if there is not much demand on that end of the supply/demand equation.
