This highlights some of the problem.  The SPS and the SCPS are not the
same instrument.  Also, I have looked at the articles and they do not
help.

My first impulse was, "Well, a lot of those are for sale, not given
away free on the 'Net!"

A hunch led me to check Google Images, which led to a page which says,
"Spiritual Care Perspectives Scale (SCPS)*

(both names have hotlinks).


With regular Google, I also found a paper
