To save the video to your computer:

1.  Go to KeepVid.com at: http://keepvid.com/
2.  Paste the url into the blank text box.   ( 
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFAWR6hzZek )
3.  Specify it as a YouTube site in the drop down window to the 
right.  (Second from top of list)
4.  Click on the Enter button.
5.  Keep trying until "Download Link" appears below the Download line.
6.  Right-click on the Download Link, and click "Save Target As..." 
in  your right click menu.
7.  Change the filename, giving it a ".flv"  file extension.
8.  Click on SAVE to complete saving the video file to your computer.

Keepvid has a free Flash player which will play the file.   VLC Media 
Player will also play it.
