[PW] Cape of Two Countries

Patron recalls seeing a garment advertised in a mail-order catalog in the
late 1980's (or maybe earlier; not earlier than 1975) that was called the
"cape of two countries". (It may have been called the "cloak of two
countries", but she's pretty sure it was "cape" and not "cloak".)

It was apparently a sort of combination bell cape/overcoat, probably of
some heavy (felted?) wool. She believes that it had once been a military
cape (or was modeled after one) that was used by the armies of two
different European countries. One of the countries, she thinks, was
Switzerland, or maybe Austria; possibly both countries were the two
referred to.

She's looking for a place to buy one of these. (The capes, not the
countries. ;-)

I've tried "cape of two countries", "cloak of two countries", and both of
those with "nations", "kingdoms", and "lands" substituted for "countries",
just in case. Searches of Ebay, Froogle, Amazon, Google, Brands and Their
Companies, and the Patent & Trademark Office web site have proved futile.
Likewise various searches of online vintage clothing retailers and books
of military clothing.

Anybody else remember this product, or have any further suggestions on
where to go to buy one?
