[PW] Home ownership records in the Netherlands

Personal request, so please post any answers/helpful hints to me
off-list and I'll summarize if appropriate.
 
A relative currently living outside the Netherlands is concerned about
the status of her home in Denhaag that she used to live in with her
estranged husband. I'm unsure whether her name is on the deed/mortgage
or not. I have their names and the address of the home. What suggestions
do you have for finding out if the home has been sold or is in
foreclosure, or if her husband has declared bankruptcy?
 
I have no experience in this area at all, so the more info, the better.
