I sugguest  that you try _Fighter pilots song book_ by E. H.
Fernandes. The only library that seems to have it is the Air
University Library at Fairchild AFB,
http://www.au.af.mil/au/aul/lane.htm. If it isn't in that book, they
may have another resource for it. BTW, I've seen this quoted as "Son,
be careful, fly low and slow."
