Just in case anyone's interested... if you listen to NPR's humorous news quiz 
show, "Wait Wait Don't Tell Me," you'll hear me as the first listener-contestant 
on this weekend's show, playing "Carl's Countdown." Not all NPR affiliates carry
it, but the podcast is free on their website:
http://www.npr.org/programs/waitwait/
I think the week's show is posted Saturday or Sunday.

It was fun & very interesting--I got to hear the live audience getting warmed up 
while I was waiting, which was also a little nerve-wracking because I was on 
hold a long time before actually getting called on! The show was even a little 
snarkier than usual, alas, but hey, I won Carl Kasell's voice for our answering 
machine (I find out the details today).
