Hi! I am not yet a librarian, but I am an ESL teacher studying to get my  
MLIS. Although we don't use it in the program I'm in now (which is more oriented  
toward English for Academic Purposes), you might find the Side by Side  
series, published by Longman, useful. It's an integrated skills series which  
sounds appropriate for your program, and students in that kind of program seem  to 
like it. 
 
You might also want to check out the various ESL Web sites for ideas,
