Hello Mark,

According to a May 17, 1956 ad in the Oakland Tribune, the June 1956
issue of HOLIDAY magazine (published by Curtis) had a feature on San
Francisco's best restaurants, including the Buena Vista Cafe. I would
expect them to have to tell the reader where to find the cafe.

As it happens, this issue is for sale on ebay at the moment: 	 Item
number: 260188612550	The auction closes soon.

Or perhaps a librarian can find you a copy.
