A professor on my campus has asked me for a copy of the following
article:

 

Stephen R. Rosenthal and Edith S. Levine, "Case Management and Policy 

Implementation,"

Public Policy, 28:4 (Fall, 1980) pp. 381-413.

 

The article might also be reprinted in the following book:

 

Rosenthal, S. R. (1982). Managing government operations. Scott,
Foresman.

 

We don't own either version, and it's the end of the semester, so there
isn't time for InterLibrary Loan...  Is there any chance that one of the
