[PW] Historical road atlas

We have a patron who's looking for a United States road atlas from the
1960's.  He wants to reconstruct a trip across the country that he took back
then.

So far, I'm striking out in WorldCat, our statewide ILL system, loc.gov,
roadmaps.org, Google, browsing of various historical map collections, eBay,
and our local used book stores.  I've come across a few scattered maps of
various cities that are viewable online, but the patron needs something that
covers the U.S. coast to coast.

Any suggestions?
