Here's another counting/prophecy rhyme - this was from my Yorkshire
Nana:

 

One for a wish

Two for a kiss

Three for a letter

Four for something better

Five for Silver

Six for Gold

Seven for a secret, never to be told

 

Only we use it for sneezing - mostly when you sneeze you get wishes and
kisses which is not such a bad thing!
