Is this _The Children's Party Handbook_ by Alison Boteler? (ISBN
0812056361) The cover is mostly red, but it does show, on a pink shelf,
a row of clown heads topped by pointed ice cream cone hats. You can see

Subject: [PW] Children's Party Cookbook
A
patron called in today and asked for the "Children's Party Cookbook."
She said it was pink and contained a recipe for making clowns by baking
ice cream cones in muffin cups. She also seems to have gotten this book
from our library before. There is no book in the catalog by the title
she has given. I tried searching things like "Party Cookbook" and
"Children's Cookbook" but did not find any books that had the recipe
she was talking about. I also pulled all of the pink or kind-of-pink
cookbooks off of the shelf. Does anyone happen to know what book this
is? I am at a loss.
