The article in JSTOR doesn't really have much information.
Do you or your patron have access to New York Times Historical Newspaper
(via ProQuest)?

If so, try inputting her name in quotation marks, i.e. "Jeanne Hallee"
To the right, change setting from "Citation and Abstract" to "Citation
and document text".

This search retrieves 19 results -- including several which are
advertisements showing her designs.  Some are articles which mention her
and discuss her designs. 

A good strategy might be to look for books on the history of fashion or
collective fashion biography works which cover this time period (early
20th century) and which cover French designers and fashion. 

Perhaps the Fashion Institute of Technology library located in NYC might

Our patron is looking for information on the clothing designer Jeanne
Hallee.  All we've been able to ascertain is that she designed clothing
in Paris at least during the period 1904-1915.  Apparently JSTOR has
some info but we are not members.  Does anyone have an idea of sources
we could check?
