It could be Panorama, but it could also be a number of other programmes. As has been said, we'd need the name of the person and the reason the programme was being made about him/her. A rough date of broadcast would also help.
I'm not sure if the BBC are able to provide copies of programme segments, but I know someone I can ask. I will need more details, though.

Subject: [PW] A program on BBC in London
Patron is looking for a copy of a segment on what she thinks is a "60
Minutes"-type program which airs on the BBC in London. The subject of
the BBC-produced report was a childhood friend of hers. I emailed the
BBC's "customer service" department -- and I use the phrase "customer
service"
loosely here -- through their link on the BBC website, mentioned the
report and the name of the patron's childhood friend and I keep getting
form letter responses to the effect of "thank you for writing...we love
our viewers...volume of mail precludes a personal response...blah, blah,
blah"
to the point where I am pulling my hair out. I tried some search engines
and nothing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
Sara
