Mighty Minds-

Has anyone heard of a word that means "a person who believes that 
animals have feelings"? I've found that "floromancy" is the belief that 
flowers have feelings, but "zoomancy" deals with animal divination--a 
quite different concept. Also, an "animist," while coming close (the 
belief that everything in the universe has a soul or is a living being) 
isn't quite the cigar that I'd be looking for (if I smoked).

Any and all ideas will be gratefully entertained. TIA.
