I'm trying to identify an emblem found on some decorative silk that honors the Duke of Wellington: there's an eagle facing to its right, with outspread wings, and above the eagle a crown tilted slightly to the eagle's left, and below the eagle five zigzag arrows pointing downward . . . I hope this rings a bell somewhere . . .
